1.1 Where are your store locations and what are your store hours?

1.2 Do I have to make an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are very much welcomed and appointments are optional. You can make an appointment HERE.

1.3 Do you keep my purchase history, including my size, on file?

Yes.  If you've shopped with Allure in the last four years, we will have your information on file.

1.4 Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes.  HERE is a list of store locations and phone numbers.

1.5 What is your return policy?

Online Purchases:  Allure offers a full refund or exchange for all unworn garments.  All of the merchandise must have the tags intact.  All panties and sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.

 

In Store Purchases:  Allure offers a product exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase for unworn, originally tagged merchandise.  We do not provide cash or credit card refunds, no exceptions.  All panties and sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.

1.7 Do you carry nursing bras?

Yes.  Allure carries a small but well tested and loved line of nursing bras HERE or in stores.

1.8 Does Allure carry sports bras?

Yes.  Allure carries a wonderful selection of sports bras HERE as well as an even better selection in stores.

1.9 Does Allure carry racerback bras?

Yes.  Allure carries a few true racerback bras as well as bras that can convert via a "J" hook.

1.10 Does Allure have any sales or promotions?

Yes.  While we sometimes display coupons or promotions on our website, most of our promotions and sales are sent directly to Allure subscribers via email or text.  You can join our newsletter HERE!

1.11 When ordering a bra, should I use the US or UK size?

Our UK brands will always be marked with a label that says ***UK SIZING under the description.
